Bryan Kendro

Bryan Kendro serves as the Associate Vice President and National Innovative Program Advisory Leader for RS&H's Infrastructure Practice, where they manage public agency collaborations across all program management phases. Prior to this role, Bryan was the Director of P3 and Policy at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, successfully completing several early P3 projects, including the $1B Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. They also held positions at Star America Infrastructure Partners, where Bryan provided leadership and oversight in public infrastructure endeavors. With a background that includes managing district operations for the U.S. House of Representatives, Bryan brings extensive experience in policy, strategic planning, and campaign management to their current role. Bryan earned a degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
