David Perkins

David Perkins is a skilled Chief Inspector at RS&H, with a rich background in the civil engineering industry. They previously served as a Construction Inspector at PaveTex Engineering from 2011 to 2020, where they were integral to a federally funded mass transit project in Fort Worth, Texas. Earlier, they managed construction materials testing at Southwestern Testing Laboratories from 2009 to 2011 and were a Project Manager focused on wind farms at PSI Engineering from 2005 to 2009. David graduated from Lamar High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management at Tarrant County College.
