David Verlander

Associate Project Director (water Resources) at RS&H

David Verlander, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. David worked as an AutoCAD Designer at Verlander Landscape Architecture, L.L.C. from 2006 to 2008, where they specialized in producing documents for hardscape and landscape development. David then worked as a Project Manager at Alpha EMC in 2011, focusing on stormwater pollution prevention and NPDES permitting. After that, they joined WBQ Design and Engineering as a Project Engineer from 2011 to 2013, working on transportation projects and producing plans using Microstation V8i and Geopak. David then worked at AECOM as an Engineer II from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for preparing construction plans for a roadway reconstruction project. From 2014 to 2024, they worked at GAI Consultants, Inc. as a Drainage Group Manager. Currently, they are working at RS&H as an Associate Project Director in water resources.

David Verlander, P.E. completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida between 2006 and 2010. David holds additional certification as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
