James Graney

James Graney possesses extensive experience in construction management, specializing in public safety and tolling solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Altumint, James has previously held senior positions at RS&H and Kapsch TrafficCom AG, where responsibilities included management of installation and construction services across various transportation infrastructure projects. With significant tenure at Xerox and its predecessor companies, James has led construction functionalities for advanced technologies such as E-ZPass® and photo enforcement systems. James holds an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from Greater New Haven State and has foundational experience from the United States Marine Corps.
