Earlier in their career, James worked as a Surveyor/Drafter at Peoples & Quigley Inc. from February 2003 to January 2005, leading survey teams and contributing to the design of water treatment facilities. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
