JC Silva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent role was as the Associate Director of the T&I Project Management Office at RS&H starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Chief Data Office - Insights Manager at PwC from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they held multiple roles at RS&H, including Senior Data Analyst and Business Analyst. Before that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Liaison at Stein Mart from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Consultant at Armeta Solutions from 2013 to 2017. JC also has experience as the President of RxPert Inc., an intern at The London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, and a Consultant at Carsil Inversiones S.A. de C.V. and Armeta Solutions. Their first job was as an Implementations Service Representative at RealPage, Inc. in 2004.

JC Silva completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from Durham University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1999 to 2003.
