Lyle Carter, PE, CBI, is a Principal Bridge Engineer with extensive experience in bridge engineering and design. They have held key positions at various companies, including serving as Senior Bridge Engineer at RS&H from 2019 to 2023 and as Director of Field Engineering at Infrastructure Preservation Corporation in 2018. Lyle's background includes a decade as a Project Engineer at Figg Bridge Engineers, Inc., where they contributed to the design and construction of segmental concrete bridges.
