Mark Taylor is a seasoned Senior Transportation Engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the transportation sector. Currently at RS&H since March 2019, Mark focuses on the Maryland Traffic Relief Program, a significant initiative aimed at reducing congestion in the Washington D.C. area. Prior roles include serving as Senior Project Manager at Ramos Consulting, where responsibility included overseeing Design-Build project transitions, and Principal Project Manager at CH2M HILL, managing the Grand Parkway project in Houston, Texas.
