Mike LaViolette

Mike LaViolette is currently serving as the Vice President and Complex Bridge Discipline Leader at RS&H, where they lead business development efforts for HDR's national bridge practice. With a solid foundation in bridge design and construction, LaViolette has held prominent roles including Senior Technical Manager at Michael Baker Corporation and Deputy Design Manager for the Tappan Zee Bridge at HDR. Their experience spans various leadership positions in companies such as Stantec and HNTB. LaViolette earned a degree from Iowa State University, where they also worked as a Bridge Research Specialist.
