Shane Rixom, P.E. LEED AP has a vast and diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shane joined RS&H in 1997 and has held various positions throughout their tenure, including Senior Vice President - Construction Management, Vice President - Construction Management, Vice President/National Operations Leader, Transportation-CM, and Vice President - National CEI Market Leader. Shane is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Construction Management. Prior to joining RS&H, Shane worked at BASL Soccer as the Director, where they played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the organization's presence in the NE Florida Region and serving the youth soccer community. Before that, they worked as a Senior Inspector at FIGG and as an Instructor at Michigan Tech Civil & Environmental Engineering. Shane's extensive experience in the construction management field and their leadership positions demonstrate their expertise and commitment to the industry.

Shane Rixom, P.E. LEED AP received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 1990 to 1992. Shane also pursued Civil Engineering studies at Northwestern Michigan College from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Shane Rixom holds various certifications including being a Professional Engineer in Virginia and a LEED Accredited Professional. Shane also has certifications in FEMA National Incident Management System, FEMA National Response Framework, FEMA Introduction to the Incident Command System, FDOT Critical Structures, ASBI Grouting Level 2, OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer, FDOT/ATSSA Advanced WZTC/MOT, and PTI Bonded Post Tensioning Level 1.
