Steve Cote'

Steve Cote' is a Senior Principal Planner in Transportation at RS&H, where they manage the North Georgia/Atlanta Area Transportation Planning Practice. They have extensive experience in urban and regional planning, specializing in multi-modal transportation including transit and non-motorized plans. Cote' holds multiple degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, including a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master's in both Civil Engineering and City Planning. Prior to their current role, they served as Senior Planner and Project Manager at RS&H and Senior Planner at Carter & Burgess. As a licensed Professional Engineer and American Institute of Certified Planners member, Cote' is committed to promoting diversity and integrating emerging technology in community planning projects.
