Avtar S Lotay is the Managing Director of RSHP Australia, leading the design consultancy for public areas and structures of five new Metro stations within the Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne, aimed at enhancing city connectivity and urban renewal. With nearly 30 years of experience on the Board of Directors for the Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners Charitable Foundation, Avtar has contributed to significant charitable initiatives. Previously, Avtar served as Associate Partner at RSHP, overseeing the renowned One Hyde Park project in London, and held earlier positions as Architect at Richard Rogers Partnership and the Royal College of Art. Avtar holds a BA(Hons) Dip Arch RIBA in Architecture from the University of Bristol.
