RSI was incorporated as Rail Services Inc. in 1984 and in 2000 the company name was changed to RSI Logistics, Inc. RSI’s experience includes working with shippers in every major industry — large shippers and small, raw material producers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. RSI understands that their customers value the reliability andsecurity of our processes and systems. To ensure that we are meeting these goals, RSI uses independent auditors to verify the security, availability, and processing integrity of RSI’s systems. SSAE 16 audits (SOC 2) have been completed with no exceptions found. A copy of the most recent audit is available for customers and information about the audit process can be viewed on the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) website.
