Shannon Roddy

Shannon Roddy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, Shannon worked as a Counselor at Hampstead Psychiatric Hospital, where they established therapeutic relationships with patients and maintained vital medical records. In 2006, Shannon joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as a Named Account Executive, achieving Presidents Club status within the first year. They provided excellent customer service and maintained cooperative relationships to ensure sales success. From 2008 to 2009, Shannon worked as an Account Manager at Oce Business Services, where they focused on providing high-quality customer service and generating sales. They then transitioned to Recordsforce, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive from 2009 to 2011, specializing in document lifecycle management and providing clients with software and services for a paperless office. Shannon also held various leadership positions in professional associations, such as Secretary of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IASHE) Boston Chapter from 2017 to 2018 and Chairperson of ASIS International Boston Chapter from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Shannon is the Chapter Chair of the IAHSS Boston Chapter, starting in 2023.

Shannon Roddy began their education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1997 to 2000, though the exact degree and field of study are unknown. Shannon then attended Framingham State University from 2000 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
