Dr. Martin Eldracher

Dr. Martin Eldracher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT and consulting sectors, currently serving as an Advisor and member of the Supervisory Board at RSight® since May 2022. Dr. Eldracher's career includes prominent leadership roles such as Business Area Lead and COO at adesso SE, and Executive Vice President at Capgemini, overseeing Insights and Data for North & Central Europe. Prior to these positions, Dr. Eldracher was Managing Director at DXC Technology Germany Consulting GmbH, where responsibilities included P&L leadership for consulting services across multiple regions. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Capgemini, where Dr. Eldracher drove digital transformation initiatives. Dr. Eldracher holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA, from the Technical University of Munich.
