Jean-Sébastien PADOAN has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jean-Sébastien is currently serving as the CTO, Co-Founder, and Board Member of RSight®, a company that offers a unique recruitment experience through the use of Artificial Intelligence and latest technologies.
Prior to that, in 2020, Jean-Sébastien worked as an Author at Pluralsight, where they contributed their expertise in a specific field.
From 2007 onwards, they worked as a Microsoft Certified Trainer Freelance, providing training and expertise to individuals and organizations.
In 2013, Jean-Sébastien joined Capgemini as a Managing Solution Architect / P-Seller Microsoft Data & Analytics. Jean-Sébastien played a crucial role in designing and managing data and analytics solutions.
Before Capgemini, they worked at Cegid as an Architecte .NET, involved in the development of a distributed P2P application and handling data synchronization.
Jean-Sébastien started their career at CCMX, where they served as a .NET Tech-lead, responsible for developing a Framework for data access. Jean-Sébastien was also involved in Visual FoxPro development during their time at CCMX.
Throughout their career, Jean-Sébastien has showcased their expertise in various technology domains, ranging from recruitment and data analytics to software development and training.
Jean-Sébastien PADOAN began their education in 1995 at Lycée Bichat Lunéville, where they pursued a BAC S degree. Jean-Sébastien completed their BAC S studies in 1998. Following this, they attended Universite de Lorraine from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a DUT degree in informatique/génie logiciel.
