Nicole Shore

Nicole Shore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising, grant management, and marketing. Currently serving as the Grants Bequests & Fundraising Manager at RSL LifeCare Limited, Nicole develops and implements strategic initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts for veteran and aged care communities. As a Co-Chair of Impact100 Sydney, Nicole promotes membership engagement and oversees the grant decision-making process. Previous roles include Head of Development at Act for Peace, Fundraising & Marketing at GI Cancer Institute, and various leadership positions at United Way Australia, showcasing a strong track record in donor development, community engagement, and corporate partnerships. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Law and Management from AGSM @ UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science & Policy from UNSW.
