Tim Clayton is a General Counsel at RSL NSW, with previous experience as Head of Real Estate Asset Management in Australia at DWS Group. Prior to that, Tim worked as an In-house counsel at Woolworths Group and as a Lawyer at Arnold Bloch Leibler and Australian Government Solicitor. With a background in property law, Tim has experience in various property-related matters including broadacre subdivision, contracts of sale, leases, contaminated sites, and conveyances. Additionally, Tim has previous experience as an Acquisitions Manager at EG, where Tim handled acquisition and asset management of commercial properties. Tim holds a degree in Law and Commerce from The University of Western Australia, with a specialization in finance and financial accounting.

The Returned and Services League of Australia New South Wales Branch (RSL NSW) was formed in 1917 and currently has over 30,000 members in 315 sub-Branches in communities across New South Wales.
