Andrew Prozzillo

Andrew Prozzillo, CPA, currently serves as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate at RSM since May 2024, following a role as Controller Operations - Senior Associate at PwC from February 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte, where Andrew worked as an Audit & Assurance Senior and previously as an Audit & Assurance Senior Assistant, as well as an Audit & Assurance Intern. Andrew also gained experience in academia as an Intermediate and Cost Accounting Tutor at the University of South Florida from 2018 to 2019. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Vice President of Recruitment for Sigma Phi Epsilon, where Andrew developed recruitment strategies and organized events, earning the Excelsior award for Recruitment Excellence. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) focused on Audit and Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the same institution.
