Corey Adams, CPA, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in internal audit and SOX compliance. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Internal Audit at RSM, Corey has a proven track record of enhancing risk management and process efficiencies for clients across various industries, including major corporations with revenues from less than $1 billion to well over $400 billion. Previously, Corey held leadership roles at FORVIS, Core Advantage Solutions, and EY, where they successfully led large-scale audits and compliance projects, contributing to substantial cost savings and process improvements for clients. Corey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
