Diana Dunlop is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and financial advisory, currently serving as the National Private Equity Leader and National Transaction Advisory Services Leader at RSM Canada since 2022. With over 20 years of expertise, Diana previously held various leadership roles at Deloitte Canada, including Partner in Financial Advisory - Value Creation Services. During the tenure at Deloitte, Diana led the National Due Diligence team and the Central Region for Value Creation Services, focusing on M&A Advisory, financial integration, and IPO readiness. Diana began the professional journey as a Staff Accountant at Mintz & Partners LLP. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Accounting and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo.
