Karen Daleo

Karen Daleo, EA, CFP® is an accomplished tax manager with extensive experience in high-net-worth tax management and trust and estate planning. Currently serving as the Ultra HNW Tax Manager at RSM since February 2022, Karen previously held the position of Vice President - Regional Trust Tax Manager at First Midwest Bank from March 2016 to February 2022, and served as VP - Trust Tax Manager at The National Bank & Trust Company from March 2000 to March 2016. At The National Bank & Trust Company, responsibilities included managing tax preparation, planning, and research for Trust and Estate related issues, along with participation in the Interim Trust Investment Committee. Earlier experience includes roles as Tax Manager at DEKALB Genetics Corporation and Tax Associate at Heller Financial. Karen holds a Master's degree in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
