Nicole Thomas is a qualified CPA, CGA, and FCCA with extensive experience in auditing and real estate. Currently serving as an Audit Manager in the National Professional Standards Group at RSM since June 2022, Nicole has previously held leadership roles at BMO Financial Group and PwC Canada, where responsibilities included planning audit strategies, managing engagement economics, and enhancing internal controls. With a background in real estate as a licensed salesperson since July 2019, Nicole combines expertise in accounting with rich experience in client relations and team management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and Accounts from The University of the West Indies, an ACCA certification, and a Diploma in Primary Education.
