Sophie Hoskins

Sophie Hoskins currently serves as a Senior Learning Consultant at RSM since April 2023. Prior to this, Sophie was a Training Manager at Partners in Performance from September 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing the online induction program for Management Consultants in the Apprenticeship Scheme and leading initiatives related to the Learning Management System (Moodle). Sophie’s career also includes a role at Cerebral Palsy Alliance from December 2011 to September 2017, focusing on developing government-funded disability training courses and facilitating the integration of Learning Management Systems. A notable achievement includes contributing to the award-winning eLearning course "Disability Dynamic." Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Learning from the University of Technology Sydney.
