Emma Brown

Emma Brown is a Principal in the Business Advisory division in Sydney.

Emma's clients operate in a variety of industries and corporate structures including companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF's. She specialises in accounting for and advising clients in the health industry, particularly Pharmacy.

Emma’s significant projects include advising a business that was outgrowing its business structure on the transition to a more appropriate structure, whilst providing better wealth protection and optimising tax concessions. She also advised a privately owned group of childcare centres on the sale of their business, including advising on the tax and commercial considerations, and assisting with the due diligence and tendering process.
