Young is a Certified Practising Accountant with 10 years’ experience in providing medical professionals with accounting, superannuation, and tax services.

Having an overseas background enables her to understand the obstacles that international medical professionals experience when establishing their own practices in the Australian medical industry.

Young feels very motivated in helping doctors to focus on the practice of medicine by providing the business of medicine. She believes that working with medical professionals enables higher quality of healthcare which then leads to a healthier community.

Young has developed a strong focus and expertise on utilising cloud technology to provide proactive, analytical and real-time advice for her clients. Young continues to develop her expertise in understanding practice data and Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) to improve billing outcomes and ensure compliance.
