Kate Phillips

Kate Phillips currently serves as Kitchener Waterloo Market Leader and Canadian Growth and Business Development Leader at RSM Canada, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this, Kate Phillips held several key roles at BDO Canada, including National Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager, contributing to the company's growth from February 2017 to December 2020 and November 2012 to December 2014, respectively. Kate Phillips also served as Head of Business Development Canada at ALULA from January 2015 to February 2017 and was involved with PwC as the National Client Relationship Executive Team Lead and Client Relationship Executive from August 2008 to October 2012. Academic qualifications include a BA (Honours) in Business Communications from Brock University, as well as multiple certifications in strategic account management, board financial essentials, and applied behavior science.
