Praveen Cp

Praveen CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting as a CA Intern at BNS & CO in 2009, they then joined GE for a CA Programs role in 2012. Praveen then transitioned to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2013, where they served as a Financial Analyst in the Risk, Analytics, and Advisory Services department. Here, they provided consulting services to HPE's business units and played a key role in a divestiture assignment involving the sale of HPE's controlling stake in H3C Technologies. In 2016, Praveen joined GE as a Manager in Controllership & Taxation, before moving to Deloitte Canada in 2019 as a Manager in Accounting and Finance Automation & Digital Consulting. Currently, Praveen is working as a Manager in CFO Advisory at RSM Canada, starting in 2021.

Praveen CP's education history is as follows:

From 2009 to 2013, Praveen attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained an Associate Chartered Accountant degree. The field of study focused on Financial Reporting and Direct Taxation.

In 2015, Praveen pursued a Master's Degree in Financial Strategy from CIMA.

In 2014, Praveen completed a Master's Degree program at CIMA, specializing in Performance, Enterprise, and Financial Management.

From 2010 to 2012, Praveen studied at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and earned a Master's Degree in Costing.

Praveen's undergraduate studies took place from 2006 to 2009 at Christ University, Bangalore, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Praveen has obtained various qualifications. These include the Inter Company & Journal Entry Modules from BlackLine, Wdata - Database Implementation from Workiva (obtained in October 2020), and Wdesk Implementation for Disclosure Management & SOX from Workiva (obtained in April 2019).

Furthermore, Praveen has acquired the Core Implementation Certification for Reconciliations, Tasks, Variance Analysis, Transaction Matching & Reporting Modules from BlackLine (obtained in an unspecified month in 2019), as well as an Implementation Certification for Account Reconciliations from Trintech (date not specified).
