Jiri Skotnica

Jiri Skotnica's work experience includes various roles in the field of real estate valuation. Jiri began their career at PREMING a.s. in 1997 as an Assistant in Marketing. Jiri then joined NOVOTA a.s. in 1999, where they worked as a Specialist and later as the Team Leader for property valuation. In 2006, they joined RSM Czech Republic & Slovakia as a Senior Consultant, leading a team of specialists in property valuation and real estate companies. Over the years, they progressed to become the Head of Real Estate Valuation, Senior Manager, and eventually the Head of Valuation. Jiri has been responsible for conducting valuations, managing projects, communicating with clients, and handling sales and marketing activities.

Jiri Skotnica attended the Czech Technical University in Prague from 1992 to 1998, where they received a degree in Ing. in the field of study of Business and Management in Construction. In addition to their education, Jiri Skotnica has also obtained additional certifications. In 2003, they became a certified property appraiser through the institution Společnost pro personální certifikaci, o.p.s. Furthermore, in 2012, they specialized in economics, prices, and estimates of real estate by earning the title of Znalec from the Krajský soud v Hradci Králové.
