Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various high-level positions. Currently, Brian serves as a partner in RSM US LLP's National Accounting Standards Group, specializing in general revenue recognition, software revenue recognition, asset impairments, and business combinations accounting since February 2007. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Senior Manager in Accounting Practices at IBM, where responsibilities included addressing complex technical accounting issues for the global accounting community. Brian also spent over eight years at Deloitte, culminating as a Senior Manager in Assurance Services, managing audits and consultations for clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors, and leading international due diligence efforts. Brian obtained a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University from 1993 to 1996.
