Christopher Tobin

Christopher Tobin is a Principal at RSM US LLP, a position held since December 2019. Previously, Christopher served as a Partner in the State and Local Tax Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2011 to December 2019, where expertise in Income and Franchise Tax issues was developed across various industries. Christopher's career at PricewaterhouseCoopers began in 1999, progressing through roles as Director, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, focusing on state and local tax advisory for diverse firms. Prior to this, Christopher was an Associate at Hedberg, Tobin, Flaherty & Whalen, addressing corporate transactional matters and tax returns. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor in Tax Law/Taxation from Chicago-Kent College of Law, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 1992.
