Diana Aguilera

Diana Aguilera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and operational coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Resource Management at RSM US LLP since October 2025, Diana previously held multiple roles at Avanade from March 2011 to September 2025, including Resource Operations Manager and Midwest Region Resource Lead Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent readiness, consulting workforce staffing, and project onboarding. Prior to Avanade, Diana worked at Accenture in various capacities from 1998 to 2011, including Engagement Management Representative for Energy clients and Business Systems Senior Analyst. Diana also gained experience as a Business Analyst Consultant at CSC Consulting Group for a short period in 2006.
