Eric Simonton

Eric Simonton is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in consulting and human resources. Since February 2017, Eric has held various leadership roles at RSM US LLP, advancing from HR Manager to Managing Director. Prior to this, Eric served as a Senior HR Business Partner at American Modern Insurance Group and held managerial positions at Time Warner Cable and Prism Hotels. Eric began a career in hospitality management at Hyatt Regency. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, along with multiple degrees in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University, including a Master's degree. Eric is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
