James Martin III

James Martin III is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT managed services and consulting. Currently serving as Principal and Owner at RSM US LLP since January 2021, James has successfully led sales presentations to executives of various organization sizes, securing new business opportunities. Prior to RSM, James held various leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting, where significant accomplishments included establishing a global support function and optimizing service delivery across multiple regions. James is also the founder of Spherady, Inc., where over $500k was raised for start-up funding, and has previously managed client services at Compassion International, ensuring strategic growth and compliance. A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Leadership from Denver Seminary, James combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
