Joseph Bergthold

Joseph Bergthold is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and compliance, currently serving as a Partner at RSM US LLP since 2006. Bergthold’s expertise includes providing services to private equity, venture capital, and SBIC firms, as well as portfolio companies, family office groups, and manufacturing entities. Prior to RSM, Bergthold held the position of Tax Manager at Deloitte from May 2002 to October 2006. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of St. Francis.
