Ken O'Hare

Ken O'Hare is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in transactional tax advisory, primarily serving private equity funds, portfolio companies, family offices, and middle market firms. Currently a Partner at RSM US LLP since October 2016, Ken previously held the position of Senior Manager at RSM starting in January 2014. Ken's prior roles include Tax Director at Vulcan, Tax Manager at RSM McGladrey, and Tax Supervisor at KC&Co. Ken began a career in taxation as an Accounting Intern at Holland America Line.
