Kevin Helmich

Kevin Helmich, CPA, MSA, serves as a Partner at RSM US LLP, where expertise lies in advising private equity and strategic acquirers throughout the M&A lifecycle, encompassing pre-acquisition diligence to post-closing considerations. Previously, Kevin held positions at Deloitte, including Senior Manager in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, focusing on financial and accounting diligence for high-value deals across multiple industries. Kevin's leadership development experiences include participation in Deloitte's US CFO Program, where facilitation of the CFO Transition Lab™ and development of the Finance Leadership Program were key roles. In addition to professional roles, Kevin contributed to education as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northeastern University, teaching undergraduate Accounting and Finance courses. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting and an MSA in Accounting from Northeastern University.
