Laura Smalling is an Assurance Managing Director at RSM US LLP, having joined the firm in August 2016 following the merger with Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP, where Laura served as Audit Manager. With a robust background in public accounting, Laura has experience performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations across various industries, while also managing client engagements and contributing to business development efforts. Prior experience includes roles at Griffing & Company, P.C., where Laura worked as a CPA (Audit), and Deloitte, where Laura held positions ranging from Senior Audit Associate to Audit Intern. Laura holds both a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
