Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson serves as the Chief Technology Officer at RSM US LLP since October 2010, where collaboration with colleagues supports the firm's vision of being a premier advisor to middle market leaders globally. Previously, Tom held the position of Sr. Director of Technology Services, focusing on operational excellence for production systems in the world’s largest professional services organization for the middle market. Prior to RSM US LLP, Tom was the Infrastructure Operations Manager at McGladrey, a role Tom maintained until 2010 when the company changed its name. Tom earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Augustana College between 1995 and 2000.
