Trish Bandecchi

Trish Bandecchi is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in campus recruiting and management. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at RSM US LLP since May 2015, Trish oversees the full recruiting cycle for campus hires in audit and tax within Connecticut offices, leads internship and leadership programs, and manages multiple project teams focused on enhancing recruiting strategies. Prior to RSM, Trish worked at PwC from November 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating nationwide campus recruiting activities and managing interview processes for a high volume of candidates. Trish began a career at PwC as a Tax Associate, providing tax services and training new associates. Trish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Southern Connecticut State University.
