Ali Sapsford

Ali is the Regional Managing Partner of our Southern offices . Ali is a corporate tax specialist but is used to advising over a wide range of issues. She has considerable listed group and private company experience, particularly helping companies to grow and expand, including internationally.

Across her client base, and working with specialist colleagues as appropriate, Ali advises on due diligence, R&D, acquisition structuring, employee incentivisation as well as managing all aspects of tax compliance and reporting.

Ali has advised clients in several sectors including retail, media & technology and hospitality & leisure.
