Kirsty Sandwell

Kirsty is RSM’s Head of Transactions. She leads the firm’s restructuring advisory and corporate finance practices, and represents them on the National Leadership Team. She’s also national Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and sits on the Corporate Finance Board.

Kirsty is a mid-market M&A and private equity transaction specialist. She acts for corporate and privately-owned businesses, managing their acquisitions, disposals and private equity fund raisings either for development capital or equity release.

She has particular expertise in working with businesses in the technology, specialist manufacturing and business services sectors.

Kirsty joined RSM in 2001 and became a partner in 2005. She was instrumental in building RSM’s M&A and private equity offerings.
