Mark Harwood

Mark Harwood is a seasoned assurance partner with extensive experience in delivering services to large corporates, particularly focusing on US-based investors in Europe and UK companies investing in the US at RSM UK since August 2006. Previously, Mark held the position of Director at EY, providing audit services for FTSE 350 companies and international groups, and served as a strategic policy advisor at the Home Office. Mark has also worked as CFO for the European business of Regis Corporation, a Corporate Finance Manager at BAE Systems, and a Senior Manager at PwC UK, where a notable training period occurred. Earlier in career, Mark contributed to financial operations at Mars. Mark holds an FCA Chartered Accountant designation and a BSc in Political Economy from UCL.
