Sandra Chua

Sandra Chua currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at RSP, overseeing human capital management for the Singapore office and providing HR business partner support to RSP's global group companies. Sandra has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at NTT DATA in both Singapore and Australia, and has also served as HR Operations Manager at Lee Wenyong & Co Holdings Pte Ltd, and HR Manager at B.M. Nagano Pte Ltd. Sandra is actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University, alongside a Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management from SHRI Academy and several other relevant qualifications in business and human resource management.
