Jaclyn Pearson

Jaclyn Pearson is an experienced conservation professional currently serving as the Small is Beautiful Project Manager at The Duchy of Cornwall, focusing on landscape recovery. Over a career spanning more than a decade at RSPB, Jaclyn has held various roles including Field Education Officer, Senior Marine Policy Officer, and Project Manager for the Isles of Scilly Seabird Recovery Project, which marked a significant achievement in eradicating rodents from inhabited islands. Additional experience includes working as Conservation Manager and Development Manager for Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust, where project management and community engagement in wildlife conservation are prioritized. Prior roles include Assistant Project Manager at Lord Howe Island Board, where Jaclyn facilitated the eradication of invasive species, and various research assistant positions in ecology and conservation. Jaclyn holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Liverpool.
