Joe Jeffcoate

Joe Jeffcoate is an experienced conservation professional currently serving as the Species Recovery Officer for UK Overseas Territories at RSPB, a position held since August 2017, with previous roles as Species Recovery Project Officer and Conservation Officer specializing in international efforts. With a background in sustainable financing and conservation enterprise, Joe also worked as an Administrator for International Conservation Programmes from January 2015 to January 2023. Prior to these roles, Joe had a diverse career at the British Council from November 2013 to June 2015, encompassing positions such as Showcases Coordinator and Projects Assistant, and gained artistic experience as a musician and instrumental tutor. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Commercial Music from Canterbury Christ Church University, completed in 2013.
