Lara Roussel

Lara Roussel is a Senior Internal Communications Manager currently with RSPB, having previously built extensive experience in communications and event management. Lara's career began as a Senior Account Executive at Neville McCarthy Associates, followed by roles in event management at Walpole British Luxury and various positions in copywriting at companies including Velti Digital and mGage LLC. Notably, Lara served as the Culture & Engagement Manager at Black Swan Data, where they enhanced organizational culture and led diversity initiatives. Lara holds a BA Hons in International Relations and Politics from Nottingham Trent University and has additional qualifications in Public and Media Relations from Cardiff University.
