Mats de Boer

Mats de Boer serves as a Peatland Conservation Advisor at RSPB and as a Flow Country Landscape Advisor at the Landscape Finance Lab, both roles commenced in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Additionally, Mats has been working as a Salesmedewerker at Intersport Winners since 2018, and previously held a position as a Gangbeheerder at Socius Wonen from 2015 to 2017. Earlier experiences include roles at La Place Enspijk and Food Inspiration, where responsibilities included food preparation and event support. Mats holds a Master’s degree in Forest and Nature Conservation Management from Wageningen University & Research, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, and a Minor in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population biology from the University of Guelph. Educational background also includes completing secondary education at Lek en Linge Culemborg.
