Melissa Werry

Melissa Werry has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as the Head of Technology Services at RSPB since September 2019, overseeing service desk operations, infrastructure support, procurement, and quality assurance. Previously, Melissa held various roles at RSPB from June 2005 to October 2014, including 3rd Line Support and Maintenance Manager, Membership & Marketing Support Manager, and Project Manager, managing both support teams and projects related to in-house developed systems and the RSPB website. Prior experience includes a 12-year tenure at Whitbread as a Project Manager, where various roles were undertaken including that of Helpdesk Manager. Melissa holds an MA in Classics from the University of Exeter and completed secondary education at Highworth Grammar School for Girls.
