Mike Annison

Mike Annison is an experienced fundraising professional with a background in philanthropy and partnerships. Since March 2018, Mike has served as the Head of High Value Partnerships at RSPB, overseeing teams focused on generating income to support the organization's strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Head of Targeted Income Programme at Christian Aid from August 2016 to February 2018, where efforts were directed towards enhancing fundraising by collaborating with various internal teams. Mike also contributed to fundraising efforts in India as a Fundraising Manager for Change Alliance from July 2014 to July 2016, focusing on diverse funding sources. Earlier experience at Christian Aid from April 2011 to July 2014 as Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager involved managing a large team to raise over £5 million annually from trusts, foundations, and major donors, while also initiating fundraising in new regions. Mike holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Leeds.
